(DL) Synchronous / Virtual Instruction via password protected Zoom meeting.
(OPE) ONSITE PRACTICUM/EXAM
Instructor and students meet at specified location for hands on audiometric & hearing protection practicum.
Students will take their proctored Online Exam, following Practicum.
Hybrid Format (Initial Certification – 3 days):

Day 1 & Day 2 / (DL):

- Wednesday – often travel day before onsite portion
Day 3 / (OPE)

- Morning only: In-person at specific, pre-scheduled geographic locations in AZ, CA, NV, OR, and WA
- Thursday; some locations offer choice of date/location
Hybrid Format (Re-Cert – 2 Days)

- Tuesday (2nd day of Initial Zoom training)
- Wednesday – often travel day before onsite portion
Day 2 (OPE)

- In-person at specific, pre-scheduled geographic locations in AZ, CA, NV, OR, and WA
- Thursday; some locations offer choice of date/location
- Approximately 2.5 hours
Payment Policy: No payment is taken on website. An invoice will be emailed following registration and payment is expected within 7 days of receipt. Payment may be made with check or calling in credit card information to Audiology Consulting and Training at (425) 757-7801.
Cancellations and Transfers: Confirmed registrants who cancel within 7 days of the first day of the course (i.e., Monday the week prior to the training) are subject to forfeiting the entire fee. Registrants requesting transfer (within above time frame) to a future class with Audiology CAT or TMI are subject to a $100 service charge. Student substitutions for the same course may be made at no charge.

For students unable to travel, a “full-virtual” option is available and must be approved by Course Director prior to registration.
- Day 1 & Day 2 / Distance Learning: Virtual instruction with “hybrid” students
- Practicum & Final Exam: 5 hours of individual instruction / proctor by Course Director. Must be scheduled in advance of distance learning portion
